Thank you, Craig, for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that your roof was installed quickly despite the difficult weather conditions. We acknowledge the concerns you've raised regarding the damage to your siding and the scratches on your metal roof, as well as the communication issues throughout the follow-up process. This is not the level of service we expect from our team, nor is it reflective of our standard process. At 1st Choice, our process is to contact our customers directly, arrange a convenient time to meet on-site, review any concerns together, and develop a clear plan to resolve them. It is evident that this process was not followed in your case, and we apologize for the breakdown in communication. Our General Manager will be investigating how this occurred internally and will be contacting you directly to review the outstanding concerns regarding your metal roof and determine the appropriate path to resolution. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback is important, and we are committed to improving our processes and delivering the level of service our customers expect from 1st Choice.

Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation! We are thrilled that you're so happy with the transformation of your home and truly appreciate you taking the time to recognize the efforts of the team. It means a lot to know that not only you, but even passersby, admired the progress and finished result. Thank you again for trusting 1st Choice with your project. We look forward to helping you with your roofing project when the time comes!
