This stunning dark red brick home gets a total upgrade with a new roof and new siding. This roof is our VicWest Turn Nature Slate in colour Ebony, our most popular colour as it goes with so many siding and brick colours. The siding provides a lovely contrast with the red brick and is from our Royal Haven Board & Batten Double 10" in Midnight Surf with soffit, fascia & trough in Royal Black. The gables are a great place to use an accent piece like our Royal Portsmouth S7 Cedar Shake in colour Storm. The front door is Canadian made with a sidelite and dentil shelf in white pine valley. Windows are regionally made just outside Hamilton and are a double slider tilt frame allowing you to clean both sides of the windows from the inside. The patio door is from our Kaycan KP collection and feature mini internal blinds allowing to to adjust privacy levels for each part of the day.
