I've had outstanding service and installation for all my commercial and residential units. The techs, Jay and their team, are very organized. Service jobs are prompt. Emergency jobs when heat goes off or other underlining issues, quick diagnoses and problem solved on spot. If you're looking for a great team and excellent service .... Builders Choice everytime! T.

I was blown away by 1st choice! Stephen was a great to deal with and left a great impression to book the job. The siding/eaves job started promptly and the team comprised of Matt, Jim & Mike. He took time to meet us and prepare detailed plans, he was both friendly and attentive to every detail. For the installation, Matt, Mike and Jim were fantastic. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly detail-oriented treating our home with the same care as if it were their own. We are very particula... Read more
