Screwed down subfloor in hallway and spare bedroom. Filled nail holes in hallway and stapled carpet padding back down. Laid carpet in place. Mortared basement wall. Removed paneling from bottom of stairs and secured stairs to eliminate squeak. Wood filled and sanded screws on treads.

They were so helpful. They found a way to fit me into their schedule the very same day when I had an ice removal emergency. Jacob B was the one they dispatched. This young man is a genuinely good, thoughtful, and hard working person. He worked non stop and removed all of the ice and snow (single handedly!). He even helped with clearing snow that fell in front so I had access to my home. I’d definitely recommend reaching out to this company for snow and ice removal.

We recently had 518 Renovations replace a failed window in our home, and I could not be happier with the experience. When I bought my house, one of the selling points was that it had “new vinyl windows.” Unfortunately, I later realized they were cheap, off-brand windows, and the seal failed in my favorite window — the one where I sit and watch the wildlife.
