They were so helpful. They found a way to fit me into their schedule the very same day when I had an ice removal emergency. Jacob B was the one they dispatched. This young man is a genuinely good, thoughtful, and hard working person. He worked non stop and removed all of the ice and snow (single handedly!). He even helped with clearing snow that fell in front so I had access to my home. I’d definitely recommend reaching out to this company for snow and ice removal.

The estimate I was given was well within budget. The communication from their office was great. Their crew started earlier than expected and even with finding extra work that needed to be done once they got in there. The project was finished in the same time frame they originally gave me. I couldn't be happier with the way it looks, they did a great job. I would highly recommend 518 Renovations to anyone!
