Luke was amazing. He checked in on a regular basis and went above and beyond to help out. He took the time to answer questions and explain everything they were going to do. His followup visit was appreciated. The work crew was careful of my planting beds and cleaned up each day they were here. Marty the salesman was very responsive when I contacted him, even when he was on vacation. He came over to answer questions and explained every aspect of the job so I could understand.

They did a great job of roof shingle replacement and repairing any damaged wood to the roof from weather wear. Clean up was great also

*This rating is for the business/getting an estimate side of things. Tricounty has not done ant repairs on my roof at this point.* We had Joe come to our house to see what was going on with our roof as we had a couple of leaks (on our new house 😭). Joe was ontime, respectful, and productive. He asked questions to ensure that he could take pictures or to take off shoes when entering the home. We had Joe from Tri County come out to discuss a new roof and gutters, he was very professional and answered all of our questions and concerns. We have not had the job done yet, but are scheduled for it very soon. We felt the quote was fair, and we’ve heard good things about Tri County.
