Joe answered all of our questions we had about roof options and financing, communicated really well, and was responsive when we messaged and had extra questions.

They were excellent! All incredibly hardworking (7am-8pm) to get the job done. We know it was not an easy feat, with our 3-story very tall home tightly placed between 2 others but they expertly handled it!
I am having a roof replaced...So far brandon has done well as a company rep. I trust him. I am disappointed Tri county couldn't get a skylight without a shade..trying to avoid potential points of failure that would require, this 70 year old man to climb a ladder and try to fix if something went wrong (like dead battery in for the motor that raises and shuts the shade).
Also concerned about a very rusted water diverter by the base of chimney on the roof, though I was assured it would be ok.
Joe Bialkowski was a fantastic sales rep. He was very personable, professional, and informative. He's fantastic at his job.
