We had a great experience with Ryan J., as a representative for Tri-County. We had leakage in our Sky tubes. He came out, assessed the problem, quoted us a price that we thought was reasonable. There was rain expected in the next couple of days, and as we are in our mid eighties, he came out and covered the Sky tubes, for us, until we could have our replacement ones installed. Thanks, Ryan

Janet was on time for our appointments, professional, and helpful. She provided a quote, but it was outside of our budget. When I told her that, she said there were other options. I wish she'd given us these quotes upfront so we could have had that information to consider veggie we purchased from another company. We've worked with TriCounty in the past and have been very satisfied, that's why we called them first. I hope to do business with them again in the future.

Fantastic service from beginning to end from everyone! CJ and Ryan gave great recommendations that made our windows even more beautiful and functional. Steven, our project manager, did a great job frequently checking in to give updates and made sure everything was going smooth. And, the whole crew was so professional, nice, hard-working, cleaned up really well each day, and did an amazing job! (We had our roof done by Tri County two years ago which was also an A+ job.)

Luke was amazing. He checked in on a regular basis and went above and beyond to help out. He took the time to answer questions and explain everything they were going to do. His followup visit was appreciated. The work crew was careful of my planting beds and cleaned up each day they were here. Marty the salesman was very responsive when I contacted him, even when he was on vacation. He came over to answer questions and explained every aspect of the job so I could understand.
