I would recommend NOT using Tri-County. Their communication is horrible, and you will only be frustrated and angry. You are investing in your home, and they make it clear that they just don't care. We originally rated them a 5 star after the roof was installed - and we received 4 Amazon gift cards for leaving that review. However, the project went downhill from there.
