Complete roof replacement with a tear-off of existing roof, gutters replaced and chimney cap. All due to haul damage. We also replaced two service doors. The work done was exceptional. We are very pleased with the appearance from the street. The work crews were very pleasant, respectful and polite. In particular the project manager for the doors, Steven Miravete, was exceeding well in communication as there were some minor issues that he quickly resolved. We hired Tri County Contracting to have our windows replaced. The communication with Steven was outstanding. We were informed throughout the process and had all of our questions answered. The day of installation the crew arrived on time, was respectful to the property and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the job was finished. The project was completed in record time and as budgeted. They were fantastic to work with and we would not hesitate to use them for future projects!
