Excellent roof inspection by Luke. Being a roofing contractor the normal process is to sell you a new roof. Not today. Luke indicated a good 5 years left and fixed any loose, rusty nails and sealed vent pipes and flashings. Would highly recommend you use Luke for your inspection. TriCounty will be my first choice when it's time for a new roof. Easily a 5+ star review in my opinion.
