We did the Roof Tune-up. Had a couple singles that needed replacing and a few popped nails. Also resealed the chimney and vent pipes. Luke did a great job on a challenging roof. Steep, with wires in close proximity as you can see in the before and after pics.

We had a roof installed yesterday. Tri County was very helpful and accomdating as our insurance company cancelled us as we had a 3 tab roof. Tri County fit us in fast and did an excellent job. The crew that did the work were efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up. My husband said he never had roofers who were so detailed on the cleanup. Would recommend them to anyone.

I noticed three spots in my living room where there was water damage on the ceiling. I called Luke at Tri-County Contracting and asked if they could please make it out before I left for Florida. He made it a point to come out and take care of everything; replacing numerous shingles on the roof in a number of areas, caulked around the chimney, and even gave me a referral for a chimney repair company.
