Luke B. from Tri-County was out recently to do a "Roof Tune Up." Included in this tune up was the repair of damage to our roof peak caused by a raccoon trying to get into the attic. He also repaired around the chimney(s) and other minor damage that has occurred over the years. He even trimmed two large trees to deter any other animal from gaining access to our roof!

Last year we had hail damage to the roof and siding on our house along with most of Oak Creek. We had that work done early this year. Our garage had wood siding and only the roof was included in that insurance work. We decided to have the garage sided to match with new gutters etc. Very happy with the results from Tri-County Contracting and would recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done!!

I had a very pleasant experience working with Tri-County. I had bid out my roof replacement project to several contractors and Tri-County had the best price and package. My 1950’s house has no soffit for venting and Mike had a great recommendation to use Certainteed’s Edge Vent. The roof looks fantastic and their crew was very courteous and cleaned up the yard perfectly. It’s nice to not have to worry about roof leaks anymore and know that my attic is properly ventilated.
