My inlaws used Tri-County Contracting to have a new roof installed 11+ years ago. With both inlaws passing last year, it is now time to clean and sell the house. Even though the roof is past the warranty, Chuck was kind enough to do a full inspection of the roof and attic. Luke your roof inspector is exceptional. Called at our request before visit and is extremely efficient like all the people we have dealt with at Tri County. We have noticed that the house remains very cool inside the house and I think the new roof has helped with that. I chaired the 1st ever Muskego Library Garden Walk this past June and over 200 people went thru our gardens - lots of comments were made about the roof and the gazebo and we told them the work was done by Tri County.
