Just had our first year inspection...Chris checked out everything and re-did some old, dried out caulk around our water heater exhaust pipe. Glad he did because I'm not one for going on roofs, much less knowing what to look for if I did. These annual inspections alone make it worth going with Tri-County!

Tri-County just finished my roof and final inspection. This is our second time working with them, we loved the first job, so came to them for the new roof.
They also installed new gutters, I had some minor complaints, but Eric came back and personally took care of it. Thanks, Eric, for listening and making sure everything was in order. The guys who came to install the roof were very knowledgeable. Finished the roof in 1 day.
