Spoke with Luke this morning from Tri-County Contracting he was out for the annual roofing checkup.The annual roofing checkup is one of the reasons we picked Tri-County to replace are roof nine years ago.They do
an annual inspection that is done each fall.This gives us peace of mind
that if they found anything that needs repair hopefully catching it early will

There was leaking around our chimney. Sam come to inspect it. Based on thoroughly inspection, Sam suspected that the leaking could be flashing and chimney. He took many pictures and shared the pictures with his colleagues to further pinpoint the issues. The final conclusion from the company was mortar cracks on the chimney was to blame.
