We built our house in 1996. The original roofing material was cedar shake. Over the intervening years that original roof looked ragged. I spoke to some friends who recommended Tri-County. Excellent roofing company. Installed my roof when it was 95 degrees out in 1 day. Came out and looked for a reason I had what I thought was a roof leak. Turned out to be the dormer window leaking from old caulk. Comes every year to check on condition of roof for the ten years. Uses a ladder too!

Year 5 roof inspection today. My roof on the garage and my house have been through 5 winters and are performing exceptionally well. When it was installed Tri County Roofing went above and beyond to complete the job. They put on a B valve and took the chimney down lower. It was falling apart. They replace the gutters and downspouts and no problem with those. Heck even on the inspection the gentleman fixed a drooping piece of trim that was loose.
