Tri-County Contracting did an excellent job replacing our roof on a 2 story home in 2012. Part of the deal was a 10 yr inspection program done annually. Very satisfied with the shingles they recommended, which have a 50 yr guarantee and the quality of the workmanship. Would definitely use them again. They did the inspection again this year and did a great job.
