After being charged $978.00 for repair and unsolicited warranty , unit went down the next week, called alaskan back out and this time went up with repair man, was told i had to use my own ladder no problem. Repair guy showed me fan was not working. It needed motor quoted me on the spot $1,742.00 i declined. Called another service next day they replaced thermostat $115.00 problem solved.
