Sad to say this but I felt they gave my daughter a way to high estimate for repairs 4k. Showing her pictures of what was suppose to be our AC unit all rusted and broken coil. Called another bonded and liscened company they said nothing was broken topped off the freon charged $100. And tried to get the $129.00 back Alaska won't even talk to me.
We were introduced to Alaskan Air by way of a special Home Depot was offering.
Arturo was our service tech. He was polite and professional, did a thorough job servicing and cleaning the unit. Took his time going over and explaining the results of his system checks. We were pleased with his work.
Very polite and well mannered with my dogs. Did not try to “sell” me anything. Told and showed me where my system can use some maintenance or repair but left it at that. Perfect to let the customer choose and not have to be pressured into unnecessary repairs.
Turone and and his helper were very professional and very nice. They answered all my questions and felt comfortable with them in my home. When they left everything was clean like it was when they came. I also would like to say that every one at Alaskan Air is the best! Thank you for all your help.
