Technician actually showed up early. I was informed but was 10 min. Away. He waited for me to get home. I was grateful he did instead of making me reschedule. Very professional. Answered questions.

I am rating this company a 4 because I love our new AC unit but I think they over sold us mainly just to get the sale. I think they cared more about making the sale then what was best for our family/home. I only decided to do it because I knew it was quality products. We ended up getting a new system installation inside and out. Overall I'm satisfied that the were quick, timely, and clean. I have been using Alaskan for over two years. Service has been good and there diagnosis is excellent however they are charging triple for repairs. I got a bigger company to come fix the problem for 1/4 of the price. I really felt like their trying to rip you off. Management needs to address this because they are taking people to the clean err rs!@!!
