A/C went out last night around 10 pm. Hubby scheduled an appointment online and they called this morning to confirm. Earl, the very professional tech, arrived around 8:30 am and the problem was explained and repaired in under 2 hours. The cost was as expected, you get what you pay for. Join their club for discounts and a maintenance plan. Very happy!

Efrain was terrific. He absolutely refused to leave until my issue was totally resolved. When it turned out there were further issues, he responded right away and didn’t nickel and dime me with bogus charges. In fact, there was no charge at all. I have used Alaskan for both AC and furnace service and have been thoroughly pleased with all their technicians, but Efrain goes above and beyond.
