Alaskan was referred to us from a neighbor in our neighborhood. He was great!!! The AC went out during the summer and he made it easy, explained and talked me though all our options. He made it less stressful.
We have gone through this company before and both times we have had great service. But this time the technician Kevin that came was polite but was not very forthcoming. I told him what we thought the problem was, he went out to check it and came back and he agreed 100% and it would have cost us $3900 plus. He also left a mess at the unit. He left a screw and an o ring on the ground, left the compressor wire unplugged and the fuse box cover was left open.
AC went out at my house and they got here faster than other companies even responded to my call. Unfortunately had bad news about what I need fixed, but very courteous and professional. I will definently call them again.
