He explained things I needed. The last technician told me everything was great and nowI'm told I need electrical, etc. It would be helpful to have the same technician if possible. When technician keep changing I get suspicious. Mike I felt was truthful and did a good job. I know that things can change from one time ofservice to another but was happy that Brandon did notice the problems with my A/C.
