This last winter i had a rattle noise coming from my heater i called alaskan they sent a technician it wouldn't rattle while he was here. He was in the attic while I turned heater on and off he couldn't hear any rattle so he didn't proceed any further. Of course it rattled after he left that cost me $78 for nothing. I just had Alaskan come out to check out my units for summer i told him about the rattle he went up to check out the units took off the panel and found the problem. Thanks Froy
