Ron & the guys were out bright and early. They didn’t waste time having breakfast 😂 and went straight to work ripping out my old system and installing GRIZZLY. I had a 27 yr old gas furnace/blower, so I replaced both inside and outside units with TOTAL ELECTRIC. Terrible!! If you want to spend top dollar for something and be ripped off I recommend buying from Alaskan AC. First the sales man sold us the unit by stating we could get an air scrubber, which would help with allergies and dust, oh and a jumper to allow more flow to the west side of the house to assist with cooling it down better. Day of install, when the techs were done installing our brand new unit, in January 2025, I inquired about said scrubber and jumper. Well, scrubbers can't be installe... Read more

Dominic was amazing. He took time to acknowledge my wife, my kid, and both my dogs. This is definitely the best customer service I have ever had.
