One of our 2 a/c units died on Saturday afternoon. I called Alaskan and was grateful they have an emergency response service on the weekend. Steve Best was our technician and he was there within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had us up and running again rapidly. So thankful we didn't have to go an entire weekend without a/c at this time of year!
