With the exception of the sales person who didn't answer his phone when I had a question about my installation, all of the other staff was responsive and did an excellent job. I especially liked the fact that they have a field supervisor who does a follow up inspection and makes sure the high standards of Alaskan Air have been followed and that the customer is pleased with the job. They even send a thank you gift and I will for sure use them again when I'm ready to install a second unit.

Had Alaskan out to do yearly maintenance and they did NOTHING not even clean the coils. The next day the A/C didn’t work, called them back out and dang - the motor was blown out. Cost $1800 to fix. Thought they were good. Wrong. 10 days later the heater doesn’t work. My brother is in town, so I have him check it out, the motor was wired wrong. And a part is failing on the A/C as well. SERIOUSLY- these guys are crooks and thieves. I will NEVER call Alaskan again.
