Had a great recent experience with Alaskan. Our downstairs AC was not blowing. Called them and they had technician James, who was already familiar with our home come out same afternoon! He identified and fixed the problem and there was NO CHARGE because the service is included in our annual membership. Thanks Alaskan and James!
