Would not recommend Alaskan A/C if they were the last company in AZ doing air conditioning work. Came to my house three different times and each time the job went up by 10x the amount. First time was just the service I asked for. After noticing many things weren’t done or addressed they came back out. This time $200 if I wanted it fixed. No thanks. Alaskan came to my house three different times. Each time they came more work “needed to be done” to the amount of $1999.95 the last time they came for a “aeroseal” my house is less than 15 years old and has all flex ducting. I don’t know if they thought we were ignorant or what but they now are billing us for a service we never had done. I was given an estimate and signed a contract. Alaskan Air changed the PDF estimate and transferred my signature from original to it, after increasing the cost by over 4k.
They emailed it to me the night before installation. I'm glad I caught it because they couldn't print the original I signed when they were at my house (said they would email).
There were other highly questionable things they told me, but the simple facts are they lied about numerous things and forged a document.
