Alaskan Team took 24 hours between sending their techs onsite, sending the quote, setting up a crane and replacing two big AC units on the roof of our building. Phenomenal service. Highly recommended.
Elijah was on time, efficient in his work and was pleasant to deal with. He is knowledgeable in his craft. That said - feedback for the company’s policy of either upselling or generating issues that may or may not need attention creates a negative experience. The technician that serviced my AC in the Spring charged me $1100 to retape wires with electrical tape and install a “Star Kit”.
