Technician was polite and early to check the heating system. Of course, he found something wrong. I didn't like having to pay in advance before he started fixing the unit. Also, I wish he would have offered to show me the replaced part because I forgot to ask before he left.
I had the limited service plan, so the price for the fix was less than the normal, non-service plan price. Confusing. It seemed like I was saving money when actually I had no idea what a normal price should be.
