A new unit installed this spring. We did not turn it on except for initial testing until July 15th and the unit did not work. Service technician comes 2 days later (earliest appt we could get even though the house is 91 degrees), apparently fixes it, and it works for 2 days and stops cooling again. Three days later (next appt we could schedule) service tech comes out says they screwed up the wiring on install and condensate pump is burned out. Wow!!! Great company to deal with, on time and very good service. They have an amazing team, starting with the person who answers the phone and makes your appointment. The star quarterback shows up as promised "ON TIME ". Charlie showed up with a smile and ready to work. He was very efficient and explained everything to me about my A/C unit. Terrible communication from technicians and did not show up within our appt window after we took off work to be home for service. Would not give one star if it was an option.
