I loved that I was sent a text message to let me know that Scott was on his way — not only did it tell me he was coming, it included his photo and a little bit about him and his hobbies, and allowed me to track him all the way to the house! Arturo arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem which was a valve leaking freon. My unit is still under manufacturer warranty so he worked ti get the needed part and topped off our coolant so we'll have a/c until the part arrives. This company is pricey but did provide good service.

The woman who took my initial call was friendly, helpful & efficient. I wasn't expecting same day service, but she was ready to send someone out! I chose to schedule for the next day instead. I purchased 2 new Trane 2 stage systems from Alaskan. My purchase included a 10 year service contract. Due to some personal difficulty, we went over a year without having them service and they used the contract fine print to say that we were no longer eligible for service or warranty work by them.
