James with alaskan did a great job getting our air conditioning back on-line. He checked all components and determined condensate pump had failed. Pump replaced and system working. He was very knowledgeable and very professional

Had my AC go out at 6pm. Within the hour they had someone out at my house and an hour after that it was fixed. Reasonably priced as well.
