They should re-name to Jessie James Robbery HVAC Service! Will never use again -- !! The rates are about 400 percent over what it should cost. A detailed Estimate (in writing) was REFUSED by Alaskan management so all you have is a Verbal! Who does business like this?!! My unit was only 4 yrs. old and has annual preventative maintenance, monthly furnace filters, etc. and homeowner for many decades in various properties. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable company -- this isn't it!
