We have gone through this company before and both times we have had great service. But this time the technician Kevin that came was polite but was not very forthcoming. I told him what we thought the problem was, he went out to check it and came back and he agreed 100% and it would have cost us $3900 plus. He also left a mess at the unit. He left a screw and an o ring on the ground, left the compressor wire unplugged and the fuse box cover was left open.
