Tonight I got home at 7:00 pm and discovered my ac unit was not working in the high 80 degree weather. I immediately called Alaskan for service. In less than an hour James was at my house to repair my ac unit. Tomorrow is suppose to be in the high 100's. I was so pleased in the quick response to me needing a repair and sending him to my house so quickly. The repair was done in such a professional manner and rapid time period.
