Nick is a great guy and grade A with his work. Was able to come out quick this memorial weekend and get the cold air flowing again. Also answered my questions I had around how my systems been working. The gal I spoke with to set up the appointment was very nice as well! Grade A company!
From start to finish, the whole experience was wonderful. Before the technician came, they provided a link to show how far away he was, so you knew exactly how long it would take. Our technician Charlie was prompt, wore booties to come in the house, and made sure we were included in the whole process. He was very polite and a delight to work with. A tune-up took approximately a hour and he gave us a full report after he was done. I would absolutely recommend Alaskan!
