Tech was great. Just didn't like the fact that I had to pay $130, to tighten some wires, that they installed. Seems a bit sketchy, that maybe they may have intentionally left them loose, so they could come out, and make more profit off of me. Alaskan did the winter HVAC check up as part of the 3-year warranty package I purchased that was supposed to include free labor and 20% parts discount. They charged me $200 for labor, but flushed my hot water heater for free...🤔
