The technician was Tim. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing, and why. He also prioritized and staged the work which will need to be done to keep my A/C unit in good working order. Tim was very polite, very knowledgeable, and very professional.
After getting several quotes felt like we were going with the right team and glad we did the response of time to professionalism and the time it took to be done was awesome no flaws great service.
Tech was great. Just didn't like the fact that I had to pay $130, to tighten some wires, that they installed. Seems a bit sketchy, that maybe they may have intentionally left them loose, so they could come out, and make more profit off of me.
