Shane was by far one of the most meticulous and thorough service techs I've ever experienced from Alaskan. Paul (former employee) from last year was also quite good. Shane did an excellent job cleaning the condenser coil and was quite impressed when he checked the evaporator coil; never done by anyone else before.
