Very pleasant on the phone to speak with. Explained how the the Tech would contact us. Tech was on time even coming from such a long way. Earl was our Tech, very professional from start to finish. Earl explained things about our AC.Earl.checked the all the vents for air flow and thoroughly inspected our unit. Very Happy with everything, most of all a working unit.
