Skyler Huber was totally professional, courteous, and friendly. Thoroughly explained what he was going to do, then afterwards thoroughly explained what he did and what he found. Gave us all the options and thoughtful recommendations. After installing a recommended part, retested the system and, again, showed us what he did and that the system was working better than when he arrived.
Techs were OK n nice. However, service has basic ac cleaning, didnt replace filter which I supplied n no topping off coolant.
The technician was on time and explained what he was doing in terms that I could understand 😄
Good appointment scheduling process, came the day after I called. Get photo and name of service person before they arrive (like Uber). Called ahead, showed up on time, polite and professional, and gave thorough report on my issues and cost estimates for (extensive) repairs. Will be getting other quotes so not sure if I will go with them, but I am basing this evaluation on what I scheduled, which was just an evaluation.
