Very unprofessional company technician was does not seem to be certified need to read the tablet to figure out what he needed to do coil cleaning was not included in the $129 maintenance service which I don't know how you can Alaska find my system if you don't even look at the interior coils to see what shape they're in and not to mention the technician did not know what he was doing I've been in construction for 20 years and and this guy did not know what he was doing could not even figure out ... Our technician Zack was great! He took the time to explain things about the AC unit to someone who knows so little about them. He was efficient and fast and we plan to use Alaskan for our next repair/service.

My husband and I could not be more pleased! We've had an AC system for over 10 years and thusly, we've had experiences with a few different AC companies. None of the previous technicians ever took pictures of the needed work and subsequent pictures of the performed work. Furthermore, Arturo made recommendations that my husband and I were able to feel comfortable with. We will definitely use Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating for our cooling and heating needs.
