My appointment was 12-3pm. Showed up at 5:55pm. Home depot advertised $69.95 tune up with $10 off and 3 free filters. Got 3 bottom end filters and appointment for tune up. Technician James was acceptable but company is not because after technician left I smelled a leak, and noticed an end cap was left off. Rude lady at Alaskan said freon doesn't have a smell. Technician came back out and put on cap...nice on his part! I was charged $78 by Alaskan to be told my unit has a leak and they cannot do ... Read more
