Richard was very polite and professional. He arrived during the earlier part of the window given for arrival and completed his service efficiently. My only complaint, if you want to call it that, is he made a recommendation that came with different levels of warranty and pricing. I requested that the different breakdowns be sent to me via email so I could look over them to make a decision.
