It seems like as soon as the tech comes in goes to the control and before looking at anything hes telling me to finish a job that a teck put in some die through the lines it would cost me 368.00 boy was I shocked. William was friendly and professional and showed interest in helping me solve the problem with my ac/ heat pump. Even though it involved extra time and effort he and Alaskan AC went the extra! William even offered to speak with my HO Warranty Company regarding his technical findings. I really appreciated all his efforts!

Alaskan A/C Technician, Jakob R. was very professional with great knowledge and was willing to show me what my old air conditioning unit’s problems. He also took his time to answer all my questions and concerns about my old air conditioner. Well done, Alaskan A/C! I will definitely call this service again in the future when I need to fixed on my 13 years old air conditioner to save electric bill!
