I was pleased that the tech was able to fix the issue. I thought the issue would have been found before a problem existed however as part of the maintnenace contract I have the untits under and so avoided. I have many unitis under contract at several locations where I get a call and inspection and do not recall having had any recent inspection at this property?

Wow, Alaskan has been great! They responded to our phone call right away and had technicians out same day. Two days later and we have a new A/C and furnace. Luke helped us pick out exactly the system we needed. Dustin was great in making sure our house was ready for install. Tony and Justin were super professional and great doing the install itself. Everyone we worked with was articulate, competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend!
