I would have given 4 stars, but I felt the technician did not explain the readings which he was getting from the rooms and what they were. He just said all was good. I also let him know about a noise that was coming from the outdoor unit and then after the unit was running for a while it did not happen when he checked, but I still can hear it when it is really cold and the unit hasn’t been running for a while.
