Paul Clark was the most thorough and knowledgeable tech I've had in my last 4 years with Alaskan. Instead of spending 10 - 20 minutes like the other techs and not knowing the system, it was obvious that Paul knew my system and was dedicated to giving an excellent service!

The Tech got an error report on one of my units and didn't know what it meant. He was going to ask his boss and call me today!!! He DID NOT CALL!!!

I was happy with the service, but very unhappy with the follow through. I was supposed to receive the receipt and have tried many times, but have still have not received it .I don't want this to delay the closing of my home.

These guys do/did an excellent job. I was impressed with how fast the installed a complete AC unit. And how they double checked their work. I would recommend them most highly. Today they installed air purification systems. No more dust and smoke removal. Great job guys...
