This last winter i had a rattle noise coming from my heater i called alaskan they sent a technician it wouldn't rattle while he was here. He was in the attic while I turned heater on and off he couldn't hear any rattle so he didn't proceed any further. Of course it rattled after he left that cost me $78 for nothing. I just had Alaskan come out to check out my units for summer i told him about the rattle he went up to check out the units took off the panel and found the problem. Thanks Froy

Riley was our main technician- he was very efficient and willing to explain when we had questions. Ours was a difficult install with several bumps along the way. Alaskan Air stuck with it and were very gracious to a perhaps at times demanding homeowners. They went to great lengths to make sure the job was done in a way that met our expectations. We are very grateful for their patience. We have used this company in the past and will not hesitate to do so again.
