The Tech took the time to explain what he was doing with our A.C. unit and what he found. He was very pleasant to deal with, showed me maintenance plans and was not pushy about it. I thanked him told him I would discuss those options with my Wife.

Too experience, tech doesn't explain problem, he just show me different prices. After he charged me he said it didn't worth to fixed your AC and he said it's better to replace it with a new AC. Worth experience

My second experience with Kenny Burrows last evening. I've trusted Alaskan for the 4 years I've lived in this home. I've kept my service contract with them since the start. All the techs know my heating & cooling 😎 system inside out. I believe it's a fairly old system. None of the techs have ever let me down. I would recommend Alaskan to everyone.
