I’ve never had an issue with this company or their employees. I always received good advice and recommendations without them being too pushy. I do recommend them for air conditioning maintenance and issues with these systems.
I was very impressed with their technician! He quickly diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond to make sure that it was going to be cool enough in my home for me. I was really excited about the option 4 the club membership that allowed for two services per year and discounts on repairs and replacements. I didn't feel like it was a hard sell for the membership and there was a budget-friendly option that allowed me to pay on it monthly. I love my air conditioner and Alaskan ROCKS!
