Check out of condition was quick and Tech stated blower was quite dirty. Was told he could clean it and would all be clean like new. I expected this to take some time. $750 for a 45 minute clean is excessive - a rip off. Was told he would have before and after pictures but only saw "after pictures".
The most appreciated thing is customer service. They have that. Thanks Alaskan Air.
This company has a great group of people working together as a team. When they say they will call back, they do. When you are given a window of service they are there. If they need more time to the job, they do that. Have questions? Anytime thru out the servicing the tech are patient and willing to explain EVERYTHING! Got a question or problem AFTER they leave? God bless them!! They come back, they call back! They do what needs to be done. Thank you Alaskan!
