$129.99 to verify symptoms already explained over the phone. 3 to 4 week estimate repairs with option #2 to replace the furnace for $12,000 +$4,000 recommended outdoor unit. Called another company and had it fixed within the week for under $500 with a date and quote within 1 hour of leaving the house. No quote ever given for the 3-4 week repairs from alaskan after calling several times. Lesson learned, try somewhere else
Our neighbors use Alaska HVAC, they have the check up twice a year. Before we moved to Tucson we had the same type of service. We made an appointment with Alaska because of the recommendation from our neighbors. Zachary Michaels is the service rep we talked to today. He was a gentleman, respectful and very knowledgeable of the products. We signed up for a membership and we are getting our ducts cleaned. Zach was so through and easy to talk to, we would like Zach to our regular service guy.
