Not trustworthy. They could not figure out the problem, so, seemed like they just started coming up with things that were very expensive and come to find out after going with another company, and spending all that money, it would not have even solved the problem. Not very friendly people. Not rude, but not very personable. Techs had a very “ I would rather be someplace else attitude”. No communication from one tech to another.

So far, so good. James arrived on time and replaced the bad compressor on our 12 year old Trane a/c unit. I'll reserve the 5th star for later when the compressor lasts longer than 12 years. Great service. Thanks, James!
