The service we received was horrible. While one technician seemed knowledgeable, the other was useless and in the way. They took the pads out of our heater and left them laying on the roof, among many other things. I called to express my concerns and I was told the General Manager doesn't take calls he's to busy. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

I wish I would have known about Alaskan heating and cooling and Paul years ago. Ever since we joined the Alaskan "family" (club), we've had the most professional, prompt and courteous service for our heating and air conditioning needs. Paul is always on time, gets the job done and explains everything that was done so we can understand it. I definately recommend Alaskan heating and cooling through Home Depot or calling them direct. -Tech was great but do they always have to try and up sell you on additional things needed to make units last longer. It seems like all your service contract covers is coming out and looking at units. I have two so everything doubles, like $300 each to clean coils and $500 each to tar up roof entrances along with coils. What good is the service contract when routine maintenance isn't included? it seems that the service contract only covers

The work to restore the heat transfer media was explained well. Before and after photos were provided. It looks new again. Work was completed promptly.
