The technicians were nice. I thought they were going to do more to clean out my ducts. They did not cover the other vents as they cleaned so they got dust all over my furniture as well. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Fast fair pricing
Paul said the work he did would have a warranty of two years and the option I chose (gold) would come with an additional year on my maintenance contract. Nowhere does it state that on the invoice; in fact, it states "9 month warranty" and no mention of the maintenance extension. Paul said the work he needed to perform per the gold option would take an hour; he was back down in about 20 minutes. He left his shoe covers on the roof.
Service man came took the furnace door off turned on my heater it did not start so he spined the fan and it started up. It made a sound like scraping to which he said it was branches or something from nesting birds that most likely was stopping my fan from spinning or getting it stuck and that was why my furnace was not turning. At this point my furnace is working I am a bit skeptical about the problem happening again. We did purchase a service plan for $427.00 for 2 years it sounded like a good... Read more
