Scheduled an "Alaskafication' service for 10:00 am, and sure enough, at about 9:45 got both a call and an email telling me they were on their way. My tech was Arturo, and when he arrived he spent a little time introducing himself, giving me a short history of his credentials, then asked a few questions about the unit he was going to be working on. The technician was prompt and very polite. He explained everything he was going to do, what he was going to look for and any possible problems on the horizon. He took readings on the A/C unit before doing any maintenance and shared those readings with us. He then explained how the maintenance would improve those readings and make the unit more reliable.
